Cancellation policy

1.1 What is the cancellation policy?

Payment and booking

2.1 How far in advance do I need to book my room?

It’s best to book as soon as possible to ensure there are still rooms available at our residences.

2.2 I booked through a third party (Booking, StayKeepers, Expedia, etc.) and I have a question about my booking.

If you didn’t book directly through our website, you must contact the third party with whom you booked. They’re the ones who can help you.

If you booked your stay through StayKeepers, you can contact them at: +34 93 609 12 20.

2.3 How do I book my room? Are there any extra charges?

You can book your room through our website.

Depending on the length of your stay, different charges will apply:

  • Stays between 1 and 30 days will carry no additional charge beyond the cost of the stay.
  • A deposit of €300 will be charged for stays of between 31 and 90 days.
  • A deposit of €1,000 will be charged for stays of between 91 and 364 days.

The deposit is used as a guarantee to cover any expenses for loss or damage that may be incurred regarding the room, common areas, furnishings or in the residence in general (except for normal wear and tear). It may also be used to cover any other breach of contractual obligations involving damage or non-payment.

The amount of the deposit, less any reasonable costs incurred by breaching any of your contractual obligations, will be returned to you as soon as reasonably possible by the same method via which it was paid. It will be paid once the departure-day inspection described in the contract is complete, and no later than 45 days following the termination of the contract.

2.4 What documents do I need to check in?

You need to bring your ID card or passport.

2.5 Do I get a discount if I pay for my entire stay upfront?

We give a 2% discount on the monthly rent for stays equal to or longer than 5 months if these are paid upfront.

2.6 How can I make the payments?

Accepted methods:

  • SEPA area

– Payments can be made through the Flywire platform.

– Direct debit.

*The SEPA zone (Single Euro Payments Area) consists of 36 countries: the members of the European Economic Area (comprising the 27 EU Member States plus Liechtenstein, Iceland and Norway) and Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Vatican City State.

  • All other areas

To complete your booking, you can use any payment method accepted by the Flywire platform, which may vary depending on the country you are in.

2.7 How many people can occupy one room?

  • There is a maximum of 1 person per room at the Livensa Living Studios Málaga Feria, Livensa Living Studios San Sebastián and Livensa Living Studios Valencia Viveros*.
    For residences where only 1 person per room is allowed, this number cannot be exceeded. In no case will 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child be accepted.

 

  • 2 persons per room are allowed at the Livensa Living Studios Bilbao, Livensa Living Studios Madrid Alcobendas, Livensa Living Studios Valencia Marina Real and Livensa Living Studios Valencia Viveros*.
    For residences where 2 persons per room are allowed, this number cannot be exceeded. Permitted configurations include: 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child. Under no circumstances will 2 adults and 1 child be accepted.

The permitted number of persons cannot be exceeded, even for an additional fee.

* Livensa Living Studios Madrid Alcobendas requires a supplement of €15 per day or €150 per month for double-occupancy rooms.

** Livensa Living Studios Valencia Viveros has single-occupancy and double-occupancy rooms. If you have any questions, please check the room type and number of people allowed when making your booking.

Arrivals and departures

3.1 Is there a set check-in or check-out time?

Yes. Check-in takes place on the day the contract starts between 3pm and 11pm. You must check out before 12pm (noon) on the day of departure.

3.2 Can I arrange an early or late check-in? How about late check-out?

Check-in:

  • You may be able to check in early, depending on availability. In any case, you’ll need to let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
  • You may be able to check in late, depending on availability. In any case, you’ll need to let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

Check-out:

  • You’ll need to ask your residence about this before you check in.

3.3 Can I leave my luggage at the residence before check-in or after check-out?

Yes – check with the residence to organise this.

4.1 What's included in the room?

Here’s what’s included with your room in the following cities:

  • Livensa Living Studios Bilbao, Livensa Living Studios San Sebastian and Livensa Living Studios Valencia Marina Real

Studios have a full kitchen, private bathroom, desk and storage space.

  • Livensa Living Studios Málaga Feria

Studios have a kitchenette (microwave combi oven, fridge with freezer and sink), private bathroom, desk and storage space.

  • Livensa Living Studios Madrid Alcobendas

Studios have a full kitchen, private bathroom, desk and storage space.

Flats have a full kitchen that opens onto the living-dining room, private bathroom and separate bedroom.

  • Livensa Living Studios Valencia Viveros

Studios have a full kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, induction hob and sink) or kitchenette (microwave combi oven, fridge with freezer and sink), private bathroom, desk and storage space. Single and double rooms are available.

4.2 Are cots provided?

Unfortunately, we do not provide cots. You can bring your own if you’re in a room where 2 persons per room are allowed.

4.3 What facilities and services are available?

4.4 Is there a dining hall or catering service?

We don’t have dining halls, but we do have vending and coffee machines*.

At Livensa Living Studios Málaga Feria, we don’t have vending machines but we have DO EAT! – a healthy and varied food catering service.

During my stay

5.1 Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, the terms of our accommodation contracts do not permit animals (pets or emotional support animals). Only guide dogs are allowed.

5.2 Can I smoke in the room?

Smoking is not allowed inside the buildings – you cannot smoke in the common areas nor in the rooms. The residences have designated outdoor areas where you can smoke.
