What time can I check in and check out?

Check-in time starts at 3 pm, although an earlier time may be possible on request, subject to availability.

Check-out must be completed by 12 noon.

Do the rooms come with kitchen amenities?

Yes, all rooms come with a set of crockery, cutlery and glasses for two, plus a frying pan, saucepan and baking tray.

Can private events be held?

Yes, at Livensa Studios Madrid Alcobendas we offer Livensa Events, where you can book our spaces for half-day or full-day use to host team meetings, board meetings, press conferences, team-building activities, cocktail events, or whatever you need. We’re flexible and adapt to your needs.

Will I have the use of a hair dryer, iron and ironing board at Livensa Living Studios Madrid Alcobendas?

Yes, we have a number of these items available on loan at no extra charge. They can be requested at the reception desk.

How often is the room cleaned?

For a short stay of less than one month, the room cleaning and changing of sheets and towels is every 4 days.

For longer stays, room cleaning, and changing of sheets and towels will be done every two weeks.

Is there a luggage storage room or a locker where I can leave my bags?

Yes, as long as you collect it on the same day as check-out, or if you’re checking in on that day, until the room becomes available.

If you’re already a guest, you can also store your suitcase in this space.

How far is the nearest supermarket?

The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. There are also a few hypermarkets within a 20-minute walk.

Is there a laundry service?

We have a 24-hour self-service laundry room. Use of the washing machine and tumble dryer has an additional cost.

Can I have food and packages delivered to Livensa Living Studios Madrid Alcobendas?

Yes, many well-known companies and brands provide this service to our location.

Is there a taxi service?

We don’t have our own taxi service, our automated system allows us to order one for you, which takes about 5 minutes.
