What is included in the room?
Our rooms come with kitchen amenities: crockery, cutlery, glasses, frying pan and saucepan. There are also bathroom amenities: shampoo/shower gel and a bar of hand soap.
Not included: coffee machine, kettle or hair dryer.
*An iron and hair dryer can be requested, subject to availability, at reception for loan on payment of a deposit.
How many people can stay in the same room?
All rooms are double occupancy.
Please note that no cots or folding beds are provided as only two people are permitted to stay in the room.
How big is the bed?
All beds are 135 cm (double). No single or other bed sizes are available.
What does the room rate include?
The rate covers the room, use of common areas, utilities – water, electricity, air conditioning and WiFi – and room cleaning service every 4 days.
Extra toilet paper, bed linen and towels can be requested at reception.
When will my deposit be returned?
The deposit is returned 45 days after check-out provided the room has been left in good condition.
Is it possible to check-in early and check-out late?
Unfortunately, we can’t confirm or guarantee the possibility of an early check-in or late check-out until the day of arrival and/or departure as this depends on the availability of rooms at the time.
What are the reception opening hours?
Our reception hours at Livensa Living Studios Bilbao are from 3 pm to 11 pm; if you require our assistance outside of these hours, you can come to our building next door where we are open 24 hours a day.
How do I check out at 12 noon if there is no one at reception?
There is a black drop box at reception for guests to leave their room key for express check-out.
Is there free WiFi at Livensa Living Studios Bilbao?
Yes, we offer free WiFi for up to 8 devices. There is the possibility to upgrade to unlimited WiFi and add more devices at a cost of €15.
Is there an additional cost for parking?
Yes, the cost is €15 per night for cars and €6 per night for motorcycles.
Is there a restaurant on the premises?
There is no restaurant, bar or cafeteria on the premises.
There are vending machines in the reception area.
There are establishments opposite Livensa Living Studios Bilbao where you can have breakfast.
Are there smoking rooms?
No, smoking is strictly forbidden inside the building. There are several designated smoking areas in the courtyard area and on the terrace.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, animals are not allowed.
